Sly, of Waranch & Brown, LLC, provides some guidance on how to defend a medical malpractice action when the plaintiff fails to specifically name a negligent party. Next, Rachel M. Severance of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP discusses some of the legal issues presented by the recent wave of new transportation options, like Uber, Lyft, and Sidecar. Finally, MDC Members, Christopher Boucher, Michael L. Dailey, K. Nichole Nesbitt, Colleen K. O’Brien and John R. Stierhoff summarize the various bills that were presented during the Maryland 2015 Legislative Session.
