Membership is open to practicing attorneys who devote the majority of their litigation-related time to the defense of civil litigation. The cost is $140.

IMPACT MARYLAND’S CIVIL JUSTICE SYSTEM.

MDC is looking for leaders to affect not only the direction of the organization but to influence the future course of the civil justice system. In publications and amicus preparation, drafting position papers and testifying on legislation, MDC members unite to voice defense interests to improve Maryland's courts.
